ANESTEZIYA CHUQURLIGI MONITORINGINING OPERATSIYADAN KEYINGI ASORATLARNI KAMAYTIRISHDAGI ROLI

Anesteziya chuqurligini nazorat qilish zamonaviy anesteziologik ta’minotning muhim tarkibiy qismi hisoblanadi. U anestetiklar dozasini maqbullashtirish hamda yetarli bo‘lmagan va ortiqcha anesteziya xavfini kamaytirish maqsadiga qaratilgan. Ushbu maqolada anesteziya chuqurligini obyektiv nazorat qilishning operatsiyadan keyingi asoratlar chastotasini kamaytirishdagi roli ko‘rib chiqiladi. Bu asoratlarga kognitiv buzilishlar, alahsirash, yurak-nafas olish tizimi asoratlari va o‘lim darajasining oshishi kiradi. Anesteziya chuqurligi monitoringini qo‘llash bemorlarning uyg‘onish vaqtini qisqartirish va operatsiyadan keyingi tiklanishni tezlashtirish imkonini beradi. Bu ayniqsa keksa yoshdagi va yondosh kasalliklari bor bemorlarda samarali hisoblanadi. Bemorning anesteziologik holatini baholashning obyektiv usullarini joriy etish jarrohlik aralashuvining xavfsizligini oshirish va klinik natijalarni yaxshilashning samarali strategiyasi hisoblanadi.
