ALLOKSANLI QANDLI DIABET NEGIZIDA JIGAR ABSSESSLARI DAVOLASH NATIJALARINI BAHOLASH BO‘YICHA EKSPERIMENTAL TADQIQOTLAR

Jigarning o‘tkir yiringli abssessini modellashtirishda eksperimental tadqiqotlar o‘tkazish uchun boshlang‘ich printsip sifatida ko‘richak najas mikroflorasi bilan 10 mg miqdorida singdirilgan, 1,0 ml fiziologik eritmada suyultirilgan, 7 mm diametrli doka sharidan foydalangan holda, u tirik loblar orasiga o‘rnatildi.. Implantatsiyadan keyingi kun intoksikatsiya, sepsis va jigarda destruktiv cheklangan fokusning shakllanishining odatiy rasmi kuzatildi. Implantatsiyadan keyingi kun infektsiya manbai abssess bo‘shlig‘ini 2% dioksidin eritmasi va 0,5 ml levofloksatsinning 10% eritmasini abssess bo‘shlig‘iga kiritish orqali olib tashlandi. Hayvonlarning eksperimental guruhida levoflotsiklin eritmasi kiritilgandan so‘ng, NEL nurlanishi to‘lqin uzunligi 337 nm, quvvati 5,0 mVt va davomiyligi 1 minut bilan amalga oshirildi. Hayvonlarning nazorat guruhida shifo dinamikasi asta-sekin davom etdi, detrit va fibrin birikmalari bilan xo‘ppoz bo‘shlig‘i operatsiyadan keyingi 45-kuni saqlanib qoldi, garchi hayvonlarning umumiy holati 14-21 kunlarda allaqachon normallashgan bo‘lsada. Hayvonlarning eksperimental guruhida tiklanish tezroq sodir bo‘ldi. Shunday qilib, 3-kuni hayvonlar qafas atrofida faol harakat qilishdi; Jismoniy faollikni tiklash operatsiyadan keyingi 7-kuni sodir bo‘ldi. Abssess bo‘shlig‘i tezroq yopildi. 7-kunga kelib, abssess bo‘shlig‘i detritdan tozalandi. Destruktsiya markazining hajmi kamaydi. Jarrohlikdan keyin fibrin qoplamalari 14 kun davomida saqlanib qoldi. Abssess bo‘shlig‘ini tozalash va davolash operatsiyadan 21 kun o‘tgach sodir bo‘ldi.
