ingibitorlari sanalib, ushbu guruh kimyoterapiya preparatlari oʼsimliklardan olinadi. Ular hujayra boʼlinishini bloklaydi, mikronaychalar va baʼzi ferment oqsillari funktsiyasini buzadi. Ular aminokislotalar va baʼzi boshqa moddalar, masalan nuklein kislotalar, yogʼlar sintezi almashinuvini oʼzgartiradi va hujayra nafas olishiga taʼsir qiladi. 6 oylik kalamushlarda sut bezi saraton kasalligini modellashtirib, paklitaksel dori vositasi yordamida kimyoterapiya qoʼllaganimizda turli koʼrinishdagi patomorfologik oʼzgarishlarga duch keldik.
