TERMINAL BUYRAK YETISHMOVCHILIGI: EPIDEMIOLOGIYASI, ETIOLOGIYASI VA BUYRAK O‘RNINI BOSUVCHI TERAPIYANING SAMARADORLIGI

Terminal buyrak yetishmovchiligi surunkali buyrak kasalligining eng og‘ir bosqichi bo‘lib, buyrak faoliyatining keskin pasayishi bilan kechadi. Ushbu holat bemorlarda nogironlik va o‘lim xavfining ortishiga sabab bo‘lishi mumkin. Kasallik ko‘pincha qandli diabet, arterial gipertenziya, glomerulyar kasalliklar, ayrim irsiy omillar hamda surunkali infeksiyalar oqibatida rivojlanadi. Oxirgi yillarda terminal buyrak yetishmovchiligi bilan kasallangan bemorlar soni ortib borayotgani kuzatilmoqda, bu esa buyrak o‘rnini bosuvchi davolash usullariga ehtiyojni kuchaytirmoqda. Mazkur maqolada kasallikning asosiy etiologik omillari, epidemiologik xususiyatlari va gemodializning amaliy ahamiyati ko‘rib chiqildi. Shuningdek, gemodializ olayotgan bemorlarda kuzatiladigan ayrim klinik o‘zgarishlar hamda davolash jarayonida uchrashi mumkin bo‘lgan asoratlar tahlil qilindi.
