##article.abstract##

Ushbu maqolada parkinsonizmning degenerativ va vaskulyar shakllarida tizimli yallig‘lanish reaksiyalarining patogenetik xususiyatlari qiyosiy tahlil qilingan. Kasallikning klinik-nevrologik belgilari hamda gastrointestinal omillar o‘zaro aloqadorlikda tahlil qilinganda, yallig‘lanisholdi sitokinlari immunologik faollashuvning asosiy ko‘rsatkichi sifatida baholandi. O'tkazilgan statistik tahlillar tekshirilayotgan nozologiyalar orasida korrelatsion bog'liqliklarning tubdan farq qilishini ko‘rsatdi. Parkinson kasalligida yallig‘lanisholdi sitokinlar darajasi ichak shilliq qavatining yallig‘lanish ko‘rsatkichlari bilan bevosita bog‘liq bo‘lib, ushbu jarayonlar bemorlardagi harakat va nomotor buzilishlarning og‘irlik darajasini belgilab beradi. Vaskulyar parkinsonizmda esa aksincha, yallig‘lanish markyorlari darajasi va gastrointestinal markyorlari o‘rtasida hech qanday bog'liqlik aniqlanmadi. Bu holat vaskulyar parkinsonizmda sitokinemiya jarayoni enteral omillarga bog‘liq bo'lmagan holda, surunkali miya ishemiyasi va endoteliy zararlanishi natijasida mustaqil vazogen xarakterga ega ekanligidan dalolat beradi.
