MULTI-DIMENSIONAL METHODS OF CLASSIFICATION IN ASSESSMENT OF COMPETENCE SKILLS OF YOUNG PERSONNEL

Currently, the educational process is an important component of socio-economic processes that determine the success of the development of individual countries and regions. One of the most important problems in the education system is improving the quality of higher education. An important stage in the modernization of higher education is based on a competent approach to assessing the quality of education.This article analyzes several qualities that can be used to assess the level of competence of young professionals. Each of the identified qualities is explained in terms of its role in assessing the level of competence of young staff. Also, each of the allocated qualities is based on the learning process, the individual approach of young professionals. This article develops algorithms and mathematical models of multidimensional classification methods that can be used to assess the competence of young personnel.
