ANALYSIS OF THE WOOL WASHING PROCESS

Abstract

The article analyzes the movement of wool along the barges during the washing process. Information is given on the process of immersing a bundle of wool in a washing solution in barges, which are the main part of machines used to wash wool. The technological process of wool washing largely depends on the rake mechanism, on which the state of the wool bundle in the solution depends. The condition of the rake and the direction of its movement along the barges are taken into account in such a way that the bundle of wool is completely immersed in the solution. It also takes into account the main forces acting on the rake when it moves in the solution.
