Abstract

Currently, gut dysbiosis is extensively discussed in the literature; however, several contentious issues regarding its clinical significance remain unresolved. Recent publications have explored the potential role of systemic endotoxemia, which arises from gut dysbiosis, in the pathogenesis of pregnancy loss. The study was conducted at the Gynecology Department of the Bukhara City Maternity Complex during the period from 2023 to 2024. It involved the examination of medical records of patients admitted for inpatient treatment due embriochorial insuddiciency Microbiological disturbances in the intestinal biocenosis in patients with the threat of termination of pregnancy were associated with a significant decrease in the amount of normal flora against the background of an increased content of opportunistic microorganisms.
