DEVELOPMENT OF THREE-ROLLING MACHINE FOR PLASTICATION OF DRIED MELON

Abstract

Melon growing in Central Asia is one of the oldest branches of agriculture. Uzbekistan is one of the regions of origin of the most valuable varieties of melons. In the ancient oases of Samarkand, Bukhara, Khorezm, Shakhrisabz and the Ferghana Valley, almost all cultivated melon varieties were formed (more than 150). Currently, only dried melon predominates from the products of melon fruit processing. Felting is mainly handled by farms and private farmers, using mainly manual labor and air-solar drying [2].

The use of traditional drying plants did not give the expected results and the felt melon did not meet the technical requirements. In this regard, the development of new technologies for drying melon fruits and processing the final product was required.
