In this article, Alfred de Musse’s autobiographical work “The Confession of a Child of the Century” hermeneutically analyzes poetic situations that reveal the artistic image and artistic plot situations, emphasizing the unique aspects of the work. In this case, the analysis was carried out by observing plots that touch upon the artistic and intimate experiences of the characters, and the speech situations of the characters opposing each other.
