THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN USING TEXT-BASED AND ART-BASED METHODS TO DEVELOP STUDENTS’ SELF-STUDY SKILLS

Self-study is an essential skill for students of all ages. It encourages independence, critical thinking, and the ability to process information outside the classroom setting. Teachers and educators often utilize different methods to nurture these skills. Two popular approaches for enhancing self-study are text-based methods and art-based methods. While both aim to develop similar competencies, they offer distinct advantages and challenges. In this article, we explore the differences between these two methods, examining how they contribute to developing self-study skills in students.
