COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE STRUCTURAL ORGANIZATION OF IRONIC PHRASEOLOGICAL UNITS IN RUSSIAN AND UZBEK

Abstract

The article examines the structural features and types of ironic phraseological units in the Russian and Uzbek languages from a comparative perspective. The study is based on a systemic-structural approach and takes into account the typological differences between inflectional and agglutinative languages. Special attention is paid to the role of structure in the formation of meaning, expressiveness, and ironic effect. Phraseological units of word-combination, verbal, nominal, adjectival, adverbial, predicative, and propositional types are analyzed. The findings contribute to the development of comparative phraseology and to the practice of teaching Russian and Uzbek within modern linguistic studies.
