THE NOTION OF CRITICAL PERIOD HYPOTHESIS AND ITS ROLE IN LEARNING FOREIGN LANGUAGES

Beginning to learn a foreign language whether in pre-puberty or puberty period and which one is more effective have been one of the most important topics in SLA (Second language acquisition). The article below talks about a small-scale research related to the topic which has been done on two subjects who began learning English in two different periods; at the end, it suggests whether the hypothesis exists or not.
