THE PRINCIPLES OF SPEAKING SKILLS’ FORMATION AMONG STUDENTS OF LINGUISTIC UNIVERSITIES

This article deals with importance of the role of developing the speaking skill in the process of teaching English. The author concludes that the possession of the speaking skill is an integral part of language learning, since language is a means of communication and the level of progress and efficiency in its study is mainly determined by this aspect. The article also offers a number of recommendations to teachers of foreign languages on teaching speaking.
