Abstract

English has become one of the intensively learned languages around the world and it has been taught professionally as well in higher educational establishments. Lexicology is one of the branches of English language, which investigates lexicon of the language from various perspectives. The issue of word formation is also one of its targets. Following article deals with types of it and the ways of forming new words.
