This article discusses about overview of STEM education and its importance in preparing students for the workforce, explanation of the increasing demand for STEM-related skills in the 21st century and statement of purpose and significance of STEM education. The importance of STEM education lies in its ability to foster critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, and collaboration among students. These skills are not only essential for success in STEM-related careers, but also in a wide range of other professions. As technology continues to advance and the global economy becomes more interconnected, the demand for individuals with strong STEM skills is on the rise.
