АНАЛИЗ ТЕНДЕНЦИЙ В РАЗВИТИИ СИСТЕМЫ ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНОГО МЕДИЦИНСКОГО СТРАХОВАНИЯ В УЗБЕКИСТАНЕ

Введение системы обязательного медицинского страхования (ОМС) в Узбекистане направлено на модернизацию здравоохранения, которое продолжает испытывать трудности с бюджетным финансированием, переходя от советской модели к более эффективной и децентрализованной системе. Главными целями реформы являются улучшение доступа к медицинским услугам, обеспечение устойчивости системы здравоохранения и справедливое распределение финансов. Проект ОМС реализуется с учетом международного опыта и включает региональные пилотные инициативы. Такие проблемы, как ограниченная интеграция между уровнями медицинской помощи и нехватка финансов, предполагают поэтапное внедрение ОМС, развитие государственного и частного партнерства, а также расширение медицинской инфраструктуры и совершенствование кадровой подготовки.
