ДИНАМИКА РАНЕВОГО ПРОЦЕССА ПОСЛЕ ГЕМОРРОИДЭКТОМИИ

В исследование были включены 224 пациента с хроническим внутренним и комбинированным геморроем. Основную группу составили 122 пациента, которым проводилась коррекция хронического геморроя с использованием миниинвазивной техники на основе аппаратно-контролируемой биполярной электрохирургической системы LigaSure. В контрольной группе находились 102 пациента, перенесшие традиционную операцию по методу Миллигана-Моргана. Применение биполярной электрокоагуляции сосудов с помощью системы LigaSure в лечении хронического геморроя способствует ускоренному заживлению ран по сравнению с классической геморроидэктомией, что значительно сокращает реабилитационный период.
