К ВОПРОСУ О ПРИЧИНАХ РАЗВИТИЯ РЕЦИДИВОВ РАКА МОЛОЧНОЙ ЖЕЛЕЗЫ

Рассмотрены данные литературы о факторах риска развития рецидивов рака молочной железы (РМЖ) с акцентом на локорегиональные рецидивы. При проведении первичного лечения РМЖ приходится учитывать индивидуальные особенности каждого клинического случая – возраст пациента, размер и расположение опухоли, морфологию, степень злокачественности, стадию заболевания и данные иммунно-гистохимического анализа. При рецидиве РМЖ требуется оценка его распространения и текущего иммунно-гистохимического статуса опухоли для уточнения схемы лечения. Вопрос о предпочтении реконструктивно-пластических и органосохраняющих операций как тактики лечения РМЖ остается открытым. Органосохраняющая операция считается методом реабилитации, улучшения качества жизни при сохранении безрецидивной и общей выживаемости. В целом прогноз метастазирования и развития рецидивов РМЖ в современной литературе увязан с необходимостью изучения биологических свойств опухоли. Вопрос о связи между эффективностью радикальной мастэктомии (в рамках комплексного лечения) и риском развития рецидива РМЖ все еще неясен, и в Узбекистане систематически он не изучался, в том числе - в отношении риска развития локорегиональных рецидивов.
