Маколада сут бези саратони (СБС) рецидивига тегишли, хусусан локорегионал рецидивларга урғу берилиб, маҳсус адабиётдаги маълумот қисқача таҳлил қилинган. СБСни бирламчи даволаш жароёнида ҳар бир клиник ходисада касаллик кечишининг индивидуал аломатарини ҳисобга олиш зарур, жумладан, беморнинг ёши, ўсманинг катталиги, жойлашиши, морфологияси, ўсманинг хавф даражаси белгилари, стадияси ва иммунн-гистохимик хислатларини. СБС рецидивига келганда эса унинг тарқалишини ва иммунн-гистохимик статусини текшириб даволаш схемасига ойдинлик киритиш зарур. СБСни даволаш тактикаси билан боғлик бўлган реконструктив-пластик ёки аъзони сақловчи операцияларни кўллаш афзаллиги масаласи аниқ ечимини топмаган. Аъзони сақловчи операциялар реабилитация ва беморнинг яшаш сифатини тиклаш, унинг рецидивсиз яшаши ва умумий ўмр муддатини узоклаштиришга қаратилган услублари ҳисобланади. Замонавий илмий адабиетда ўсма метастаз ёки рецидив беришини прогноз қилиш ўсманинг биологик хислатларини ўрганиш билан боғланмоқда. СБСни даволаш доирасида ўтказиладиган радикал мастэктомия эффективлиги рецидивга алоқадорлиги масаласи ҳанузгача ноаниқ. Ўзбекистонда бу масала батавфсил (жумладан, СБС локорегионал рецидивига оид ҳолда) ўрганилмаган
