АНАЛИЗ СОВРЕМЕННЫХ МЕТОДОВ ЛЕЧЕНИЯ ПАЦИЕНТОВ С ПЕРЕЛОМАМИ ЛОДИЖКИ И ПОВРЕЖДЕНИЕМ ДИСТАЛЬНОГО СИНДЕСМОЗА (ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ)

Травмы голеностопного сустава, осложненные разрывом межберцового синдесмоза, относятся к категории тяжелых и нестабильных травм. Диагностика и лечение травм голеностопного сустава, осложненных разрывом межберцового синдесмоза, является одной из актуальных, до конца не решенных проблем современной травматологии и ортопедии. При восстановлении разрывов синдесмоза выполняются такие хирургические вмешательства, как закрытый хирургический метод с использованием наружных устройств, пластин и винтов, фиксация дистального синдесмоза с помощью пучкового лавсана или саморассасывающих шурупов, выявление повреждений связочных структур с помощью артроскопа и их восстановление.
