Boldirlararo sindesmozning uzilishi bilan asoratlangan oshiq-boldir bo‘g‘imi jarohatlari og‘ir va nostabil jarohatlar sarasiga kiradi. Boldirlararo sindesmozning uzilishi bilan asoratlangan oshiq-boldir bo‘g‘imi jarohatlarini tashxislash va davolash hozirgi zamon travmatologiya va ortopediya fanining to‘liq hal etilmagan dolzarb muammolaridan biri bo‘lib hisoblanadi. Sindesmoz ajralishlarini tiklashda tashqi moslamalar, plastinkalar va vintlardan foydalangan xolda yopiq jarroxlik usuli, tutamli lavsan yoki so‘riluvchi shuruplar yordamida distal sindesmozni fiksatsiyalash, artroskop yordamida boylam tizilmalarini jarohatini aniqlash va ularni tiklash kabi jarroxlik amaliyotlari bajarilmoqda.
