ОЦЕНКА ЦИТОЛОГИЧЕСКОГО СТАТУСА ПОСЛЕ РАЗЛИЧНЫХ СПОСОБОВ ЛЕЧЕНИЯ АДЕНОИДНЫХ ВЕГЕТАЦИЙ

Аннотация

Хирургическое лечение детей с аденоидными вегетациями в настоящее время является одной из наиболее актуальных тем современной оториноларингологии. Целью исследования является оценка результатов цитологического исследования заживления ран после различных хирургических методов у детей, проживающих в Приаралье. Материалом исследования послужили 110 детей в возрасте от 3 до 14 лет с диагнозом «аденоидные вегетации». Обзор показал, что в лечении детей с аденоидными вегетациями высокоэффективны аденотомия, проводимая с помощью шейвера под эндоскопическим контролем, и аденотомия, проводимая с помощью необратимой электропорации.
