Аденоид вегетацияси бўлган болаларни жарроҳлик даволаш ҳозирги кунда замонавий оториноларингологиянинг долзарб мавзуларидан бири ҳисобланади. Тадқиқот мақсади бўлиб Орол бўйи минтақасида яшовчи болаларда турли жарроҳлик усулларидан кейинги жароҳат битишини цитологик текшириш натижаларини баҳолаш ҳисобланади. Тадқиқот материалини аденоид вегетацияси ташхиси қўйилган 3 ёшдан 14 ёшгача бўлган 110 нафар болалар ташкил қилди. Шарҳ шуни кўрсатдики, аденоид вегетацияси бўлган болаларни даволашда эндоскоп назорати остида шейвер ёрдамида ўтказилган аденотомия ҳамда қайтмас электропорация ёрдамида бажарилган аденотомия амалиётлари юқори самарадорликка эга.
