ПРИМЕНЕНИЕ L-PRF-ТЕХНОЛОГИИ В КОМПЛЕКСНОМ ХИРУРГИЧЕСКОМ ЛЕЧЕНИИ МЕДИКАМЕНТОЗНО-АССОЦИИРОВАННОГО ОСТЕОНЕКРОЗА ЧЕЛЮСТЕЙ

Аннотация

Проведено ретроспективное исследование 30 пациентов с MАOНЧ II стадии: 20 больным выполнено хирургическое лечение с применением L-PRF, 10 пациентам — традиционное лечение без L-PRF. Группы были сопоставимы по полу, возрасту, локализации поражения и виду антирезорбтивной терапии. Цель исследования — оценить клиническую эффективность L-PRF как вспомогательного компонента комплексного хирургического лечения пациентов с медикаментозно-ассоциированным остеонекрозом челюстей. В основной группе полное заживление слизистой оболочки через 30 суток достигнуто у 100% пациентов, в сравнительной группе — у 70,0% (p=0,029). Послеоперационные осложнения в группе L-PRF отсутствовали, тогда как при традиционном лечении отмечены у 30,0% пациентов (p=0,029). Средний срок заживления составил 30,0±0,0 против 42,0±8,0 суток (p=0,001), что подтверждает эффективность L-PRF в ускорении эпителизации и снижении осложнений.
