##article.abstract##

Surunkali polipli sinusit bilan og'rigan turli yoshdagi 170 nafar bemorga burun bo'shlig'i va paranasal sinuslarning jarrohlik va dorivor sanitariyasi o'tkazildi. Har bir holatda o'rta burun yo'lining mikroflorasi, patogenlarning patogen xususiyatlari, ularning antibiotiklarga sezgirligi, faglar tomonidan lizis o'rganildi va ma'lumotlar klinik ma'lumotlar bilan taqqoslandi. Olingan natijalar operatsiyadan keyingi erta davrda kuchayib, operatsiyadan 6-12 oy o'tgach biroz pasayib ketadigan polipoz sinusit fonida burun shilliq qavatining sezilarli stafilokokk tarqalishini ko'rsatadi. Patogen xromogen stafilokokklar (ayniqsa, fag I guruhi) burun polipozining tez-tez takrorlanishi bilan og'irroq kasallik bilan bog'liq edi. Yiringli-polipli sinusit bilan mikrobial assotsiatsiyalar polipli sinusitga qaraganda 2 marta tez-tez aniqlangan.
