Tadqiqotning maqsadi o'tkir yiringli xolangitni davolashda gibrid jarrohlik aralashuvlarning samaradorligini va ularning kasallik natijalariga ta'sirini baholashdan iborat.
Materiallar va usullar. Respublika shoshilinch tibbiy yordam markazi Samarqand filiali jarrohlik bo‘limida 2018-2023-yillarda o‘tkir yiringli xolangit bilan og‘rigan 78 nafar bemorning gibrid jarrohlik aralashuvi retrospektiv tahlil qilindi.
Tadqiqot natijalari. Gibrid usullar yuqori klinik samaradorlikni ko'rsatdi, yallig'lanish jarayonini tez bartaraf etishni ta'minlaydi, operatsiyadan keyingi asoratlarni kamaytiradi va kasalxonaga yotqizish muddatini qisqartiradi. Gibrid endoskopik va laparoskopik davolanishdan o'tgan bemorlar guruhida o'limning minimal darajasi qayd etilgan.
Xulosa. Gibrid jarrohlik yondashuvlar o'tkir yiringli xolangitni davolashda istiqbolli yo'nalish bo'lib, davolash taktikasini individuallashtirish, jarrohlik jarohatlarini minimallashtirish va klinik natijalarni yaxshilash imkonini beradi. Ulardan foydalanish ixtisoslashgan jarrohlik markazlarida keng klinik amaliyot uchun tavsiya etiladi.
