TASHQI BURUN DEFORMATSIYALARI VA BURUN TO‘SIG‘INING QIYSHAYISHI HOLATLARIDA RINOSEPTOPLASTIKA MASALASI

Tug‘ma yoki orttirilgan tashqi burun deformatsiyalari ko‘pincha burun to‘sig‘ining qiyshayishi va burun orqali nafas olishning buzilishi bilan kechadi. Burun nafas olishi uzoq muddat buzilishi natijasida burun va paranazal bo‘shliqlarda, eshituv nayida va o‘rta quloqda, shuningdek, halqum, hiqildoq, traxeya va bronxlarda turli surunkali yallig‘lanish shakllari rivojlanishi mumkin. Tadqiqotning maqsadi — tashqi burun deformatsiyasi va burun to‘sig‘i qiyshayishi mavjud bo‘lgan bemorlarda burun orqali nafas olish buzilishi muammosini o‘rganishdan iborat. Tadqiqot davomida tashqi burun deformatsiyasi mavjud bo‘lgan bemorlarning diagnostika va jarrohlik davolash natijalari tahlil qilindi. So‘nggi 5 yil ichida statsionar davolanishda bo‘lgan va operatsiya qilingan 43 nafar bemor o‘rganildi. Tashqi burun deformatsiyasi bilan og‘rigan bemorlarning ichki burun tuzilmalarida o‘zgarishlar — burun to‘sig‘i qiyshayishi, burun yo‘llarining torayishi va burun chig‘anoqlari kattalashuvi kuzatildi. Tashqi burun va burun to‘sig‘i deformatsiyalarini tuzatish bo‘yicha o‘tkazilgan jarrohlik amaliyotlari natijalari tahlil qilindi. Amaliyotdan keyingi davrda eng ko‘p uchraydigan asoratlarning oldini olish uchun choralar ko‘rildi. Tashqi burun suyaklarini rekonstruksiya qilish va burun to‘sig‘ining qiyshaygan qismini olib tashlash bilan birgalikda o‘tkazilgan operatsiyalardan so‘ng funksional natijalar yaxshilandi.
