Samarqand viloyati ixtisoslashtirilgan tibbiyot markaziga 2020-2022 yillar davomida yotqizilgan COVID-19 yangi koronavirus infeksiyasi bilan kasallangan 163 nafar bemorni istiqbolli o‘rganish o‘tkazildi. Qon zardobidagi qon tomir endotelial o'sish omili (VEGF A) darajasi ferment bilan bog'liq immunosorbent tahlil usuli yordamida o'rganildi. COVID-19 bilan bog'liq pnevmoniyadagi endotelial disfunktsiya belgilarining patogenetik ahamiyati bo'yicha o'tkazilgan tadqiqotlar natijalari shuni ko'rsatdiki, VEGF-A endotelial disfunktsiya belgisi kasalxonaga yotqizish paytida ham yallig'lanish belgilari bilan kuchli bog'liqlik bilan ishonchli yuqori darajaga etadi. shuningdek, bo'shatish davrida. Shu munosabat bilan, COVID-19 ning erta tiklanish davrida yallig'lanishga qarshi, antioksidant va antifibrojenik ta'sirga ega dorilarni qo'shgan holda patogenetik terapiya o'tkazish juda tavsiya etiladi.
