SURUNKALI YIRINGLI O’RTA OTIT FONIDA OTOMIKOZ BILAN OG’RIGAN BOLALARNI DAVOLASHGA KOMPLEKS YONDASHUV (ADBIYOTLAR SHARHI)

Otomikoz (zamburug‘li tashqi otit) odatda tashqi eshituv yo‘lining zamburug‘li infeksiyasi sifatida tavsiflanadi, ba’zan esa kam hollarda o‘rta quloqqa ham asorat berishi mumkin. U hayot uchun xavfli bo‘lmasa-da, bemorlar va otorinolaringologlar uchun murakkab va bezovta qiluvchi kasallik hisoblanadi, chunki ko‘pincha uzoq muddatli davolash va kuzatuvni talab qiladi. Otomikoz umumiy LOR amaliyotida tez-tez uchraydigan kasalliklardan biri bo‘lib, tashqi otit belgilari bilan murojaat qilgan bemorlar orasida uning tarqalishi 9% dan 27,2% gacha , quloqdan ajralma kelayotgan bemorlarda esa 30% gacha yetishi mumkin. Bu kasallik butun dunyoda uchraydi, ammo ayniqsa issiq, nam va changli tropik hamda subtropik hududlarda ko‘proq kuzatiladi. Eng ko‘p uchraydigan qo‘zg‘atuvchilar — Aspergillus niger va Candida albicans, ammo boshqa ko‘plab zamburug‘ turlari ham otomikozni keltirib chiqarishi mumkin. Tashxis qo'yish uchun bir qator laborator (mikrobiologik tekshiruvlar, zamonaviy molekulyar, gistologik) va klinik tekshiruvlar o'tkazilishi, eshitish a'zolarining funksiyasi baholanishi va kasallik keltirib chiqaruvchi agenti aniqlanishi kerak. Ko'p hollarda otomikozni davolash mahalliy zamburug'ga qarshi vositalarni qo'llash bilan cheklanadi. Ular laboratoriya tahlillari natijalari asosida buyuriladi. Davolash 3 asosiy bosqichda olib boriladi:Tashqi eshituv yo’lini tozalash, zamburug’larga va ikkilamchi infeksiya ya’ni bakteriyalarga qarshi etiologik davo, davo muolajalarni qo‘llab quvvatlovchi choralar.
