PARKINSON KASALLIGI VA TOMIR PARKINSONIZMINING DIFFERENSIAL DIAGNOSTIKASIDA IMMUNOLOGIK VA NEYROSPETSIFIK BIOMARKERLAR

Differensial-diagnostik mezonlarni verifikatsiya qilish uchun Parkinson kasalligi va tomir parkinsonizmi bo‘lgan bemorlarda tizimli yallig‘lanish javobi va markaziy neyrospetsifik shikastlanish xususiyatlarini o‘rganish. Parkinsonizmning degenerativ va vazogen shakllari bo‘lgan bemorlarni kompleks klinik-laborator tekshirish o‘tkazildi. Barcha bemorlarda xalqaro shkalalar yordamida nevrologik testlash bajarildi. Immunologik profil qon zardobidagi interleykin-6 va S100 oqsili miqdorini qattiq fazali immunoferment tahlil (IFT) usuli yordamida baholandi. Intestinal status va infektsion trigger axlat namunasida fekal kalprotektin ekskresiyasi hamda -ureaza nafas testi natijalariga ko‘ra verifikatsiya qilindi. Parkinson kasalligida interleykin-6 ning gastrointestinal omillar, motor defitsit va nomotor belgilar bilan o‘zaro bog‘liqliklarining tarmog‘i aniqlandi, bu esa «ichak–miya» o‘qining faolligini tasdiqlaydi. S100 oqsilining qon zardobidagi patologik yuqori kontsentratsiyasi faqatgina patologik jarayonning rivojlangan bosqichlaridagi Parkinson kasalligi bo‘lgan bemorlar kohortasida qayd etildi. Tomir parkinsonizmi guruhida esa tizimli yallig‘lanish biomarkerlari enteral triggerlardan patogenetik jihatdan mustaqil ekanligini ko‘rsatdi va bu guruhda S100 oqsili darajasining ko‘tarilish holatlari umuman kuzatilmadi (0%). Interleykin-6 va S100 oqsilining birgalikdagi monitoringi birlamchi-degenerativ va ikkilamchi vazogen parkinsonizm shakllarini o‘zaro farqlash  imkonini beradi.
