BOLALARDA O‘T PUFAGINING TUG‘MA NUQSONLARI VA RIVOJLANISH ANOMALIYALARI (ADABIYOTLAR SHARHI)

O‘t pufagining (O‘P) tug‘ma nuksonlari biliar tizimining boshqa tug‘ma nuqsonlariga nisbatan juda kam uchrasada, rivojlanish anomaliyalari variantlari sezilarli darajada ko‘pchilikni tashkil qiladi va uzoq tarixga ega. Ayrim mualliflarning kuzatuv natijalariga ko‘ra, 50 yillik tadqiqotlarda o‘t pufagi tug‘ma nuqsonlari soni 50 nafarga ham etmagan. Bronshtein (1993 y ) 10016 ta xomilaning 14 haftalik davridagi tekshirishlarida O‘P tug‘ma nuqsonlarini bor yo‘g‘i 0,15% da aniqlagan bo‘lsa, Tumanyan 616 nafar bolalarda taxlililar o‘tkazib, ularning 2/3 qismida O‘P tuzilish buzilishlarini aniqlashga erishgan. O‘P da safro suyuqligining harakatiga klinik jihatdan hech qanday ta’sir etmaydigan ayrim tug‘ma nuqsonlar nozologik birlik qilib ajratilmasligi mumkin.
O‘P tug‘ma nuqsonlarini aniqlashda eng asosiy tekshirish uslubi UTT xisoblansada, ayrim mualliflar KT, MRT va MRXPG tekshiruvlarini ko‘rsatmalarga asosan qo‘llashni taklif etishgan. Aytib o‘tish joizki, barcha yoshdagi bolalar, surunkali xoletsistit belgilari bilan albatta chuqurroq tekshiruvlardan o‘tkazilishi lozim. Bu tug‘ma nuqsonlarda asosiy davolash konservativ muolajalarga qaratilgan bo‘lsada, xar bir xolatda operatsiyaga faqat asoratlangan xoldagina ko‘rsatma aniqlanadi. Laporoskopik yondoshuv ko‘proq tashxislash maqsadida va ayrim xollarda laporoskopik topilma asosida davolash muolajasi sifatida qo‘llanilanilishi mumkin.
