HOZIRGI BOSQICHDA BOLALARDA SURUNKALI TONZILLITNI TASHXISLASH VA DAVOLASH (ADABIYOTLAR SHARHI)

Bugungi kunda ko'plab tadqiqotlar natijalariga ko'ra, ko'pincha ORL a'zolarining yallig'lanish patologiyasi jarayonning surunkalilashuviga olib keladi, ayniqsa jarayon bodomsimon bezlarida joylashgan bo’lsa. Ushbu maqolani yozish uchun asos bo’lib bolalik davrida CMV va EBV paydo bo'lishining yuqori chastotasi va ahamiyati edi. Sitomegalovirus infektsiyasining namoyon bo'lishi, agar u tug'ma deb tashxis qo'yilgan bo'lsa, unda u yaxshi o'rganilgan va ilmiy adabiyotlarda batafsil tavsiflangan. Hozirgi vaqtda bolalarda surunkali adenoidit va surunkali tonzillitni erta tashxislash dolzarb bo'lib, xavf omillarini aniqlash, kasallikning qaytalanishini oldini olish, klinik va laboratoriya ko'rinishlarining xususiyatlarini hisobga olgan holda etiopatogenetik terapiyani buyurish va kasallikning oldini olish yechimini talab qiladigan vazifalar qatoriga kiradi. Butun dunyoda bolalarda surunkali adenoidit va surunkali tonzillitning etiologik omillarini aniqlash va etiologik davolash usullarini takomillashtirishga qaratilgan zamonaviy diagnostika usullaridan foydalanishga qaratilgan qator ilmiy tadqiqotlar olib borilmoqda. Shu munosabat bilan bolalarda surunkali adenoidit va surunkali tonzillitning etiologik omilini o‘z vaqtida aniqlash, klinik kechishining anamnestik ma’lumotlarini, sitokinlar va gumoral immunitet ko‘rsatkichlarini tavsiflash, ularning o‘zaro bog‘liqligini aniqlash, davolashning etiopatogenetik usullarini ishlab chiqish bo‘yicha ilmiy tadqiqotlar olib borish; shuningdek, samarali davolash usullarini amalga oshirish uchun kompleks chora-tadbirlarni takomillashtirish muhim ahamiyatga ega.
