Scientific novelty of the research:
- It is proposed to conduct a periodic analysis of the level of development of economic sectors, taking into account the development trends of world markets and entrepreneurs' initiatives.
- Determination of mechanisms for attracting investments in "niches".
- Study of the restructuring of the existing system of public administration for the development of industrial innovation.
