INVESTMENTS IN THE FORMATION OF AN INNOVATIVE WAY OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE ECONOMY OF UZBEKISTAN

World practice confirms the decisive role of the innovat ion process in ensuring sustainable economic growth and strengthening the country's position in international markets.
Currently, more and more breakthrough revolutionary discoveries are taking place in the world, innovative technologies are being created and the pace of scientific and technological progress is accelerating, which radically change the structure and content of the economy of any state. The experience of the developed countries of the world (USA, EU, Japan, South Korea, China, India) shows that the formation and development of an innovative economy is carried out primarily through the implementation of state policies aimed at creating favorable conditions for the widespread introduction of innovative developments and the latest technologies in the economy.
Countries are entering an innovative development path, and the processes of globalization of the world economy have determined the conditions for this transition: an innovative development path is available for countries with macroeconomic and political stability and a developed competitive environment, with high scientific and technical potential and an effective national innovation system; for economies with a high degree of industrialization and developed export-import relations.
The work focuses on the role and significance of investments in the innovative development of the economy of Uzbekistan, based on the analysis, recommendations were proposed to improve their use in stabilization and economic growth.
