MODERN TRENDS OF THE INTERNATIONAL TOURISM

The purpose of the article is to identify the main modern features of tourism. These are global tourism trends, characteristics of the modern tourist, principles and new conditions for the development of the tourism industry. Studying and monitoring radical changes in tourism is a hot topic of interdisciplinary research and strategic development. Having done an extensive analysis of the research materials, the author makes a conclusion about the urgency strengthening measures the directions for the development of international tourism in order to avoid further economic recession.
