Мақолада маданий қадриятлар ва халқлар ривожланишининг ижтимоий-иқтисодий кўрсаткичлари ўртасидаги чамбарчас боғлиқликни эмпирик тарзда кўрсатилган. Ўзбек миллатининг ижтимоий қадриятлари чуқурлиги ва унинг мамлакат иқтисодий тузилишига таъсирини таҳлил қилган ҳолда, Ўзбекистон жамиятидаги қадриятлар тизимининг ўзига хослигини мамлакат пенсия тизимида ўз ифодасини топиши бир қатор омиллар орқали мақолада баён этилган.
