СТАТУС ЖЕНЩИН В ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОМ УПРАВЛЕНИИ КАК СОЦИАЛЬНЫЙ ИНСТИТУТ

В данной статье обсуждается общественно-политическая активность женщин, проводится сравнительный анализ современных и традиционных женских образов. В ходе нынешней научно-технической революции, мы видим, что женщины становятся субъектом активной деятельности. Традиционный образ женщины преображается на наших глазах в другом облике и форме, приобретая новые черты и особенности. Гендерные различия в лидерстве, сексуальная социализация, гендерные стереотипы, личные качества мужчин и женщин - лидеров, управленческие особенности и создание социально-психологического образа современной женщины – лидера требует исследований в ряде социальных наук. В статье рассматриваются реформы, проводящиеся в нашей стране и во всём мире с целью достижения равных прав и свобод женщин и мужчин, повышения их общественно-политической активности в управлении государством и правительством, а также учения, научного и практического руководства восточных и западных учёных.
