ОТНОШЕНИЕ ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВА БНСР К ВАКУФНОМУ ИМУЩЕСТВУ

В данной статье автор пытается пролить свет на исторический аспект отношения правительства БПСР к принадлежащим им религиозным учреждениям и имуществу вакфов. . Осторожная политика советского правительства в отношении вакфной собственности в БПСР в первые годы, а затем и реформа этой собственности, оказалась строже. С отменой БПСР политика Советского правительства в отношении имущества, принадлежащего религиозным учреждениям, резко изменилась. Приняты меры по постепенной ликвидации вакфов в Бухаре. С 1928 года ликвидация вакфной собственности рассматривалась как одна из самых неотложных мер.
