Ushbu maqolada muallif BXSR hukumatining diniy muassasalar, unga tegishli bo’lgan vaqf mulklariga munosabati asalasining tarixiy aspektini yoritgan. Sovet hokimiyatining BXSR da dastlabki yillardagi vaqf mulklariga nisbatan olib borgan ehtiyotkorona siyosati, keyinchalik, bu mulklarning isloh qilinishi qat’iylashib borganligi ko’rsatib o’tilgan. BXSR ning tugatilishi bilan diniy muassasalar, ularga qarashli bo’lgan mulklarga Sovet hokimiyatining siyosati keskin o’zgardi. Buxorodagi vaqf mulklarini bosqichma-bosqich tugatish chora-tadbirlari ko’rila boshlandi. 1928-yildan boshlab vaqf mulklarini tugatilishiga shoshilinch tadbirlardan biri sifatida qaraladi.
