In this article, in the years after the Second World War, in the conditions of Soviet colonialism, the legal documents adopted for the legal protection of children and the protection of their interests and their specific aspects, the shortcomings and mistakes made by the Soviet government in the way of guaranteeing children's rights in the socio-economic life of children are critically analyzed. is given.
The mistakes of the Soviet government in the legislation to protect the interests of children and the injustices in the use of forced labor against children are shown, and at the same time, the services of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoev in solving problems such as social and economic protection and ending child labor in the establishment of New Uzbekistan are shown.
