HISTORY OF THE ORGANIZATION OF THE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE IN THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN (An example of 1991-2000)

In this article, the establishment and development of prosecutor's offices in the Republic of Uzbekistan in 1991-2000 is covered based on historical sources and a comparative analysis of legal documents. In particular, the removal of prosecutors from political parties, the development of the theoretical and legal foundations of prosecutor's offices, the issue of personnel in the system, the activities of representatives of the field on the clear and uniform implementation of laws on the territory of the republic have been highlighted.
