ISSUES OF ORGANIZING CHILDREN'S NUTRITION IN PRESCHOOL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS OF UZBEKISTAN IN 1950-1970

This article analyzes the state of food supply in preschool educational institutions of the Uzbek SSR during the 1950-1970s and the interrelation with state policy. Specifically, it examines the problems of food provision in preschool institutions in the Syrdarya region, including issues such as incorrectly composed menus and low-calorie meals. The article also discusses the content of the Resolution No. 396 adopted by the Council of Ministers of the Uzbek SSR on August 17, 1971, the role of collective farms in supplying food to educational institutions, and the challenges encountered during the implementation of the resolution.
