DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF THE ADVOCACY INSTITUTION IN NEW UZBEKISTAN

This article analyzes the process of digital transformation of the institution of the bar in the context of New Uzbekistan, as well as its legal and organizational foundations and practical significance. Within the framework of modernization of the judicial and legal system, the digitalization of advocacy activities is considered one of the priority directions of state policy; particular attention is paid to the introduction of the electronic warrant, the “Legal Assistance” information system, electronic document management, and mechanisms of remote interaction.
In addition, from a scientific and theoretical perspective, the article examines the implementation of lawyers’ procedural powers in the digital environment, ensuring information security, protection of personal data, and the improvement of the e-justice infrastructure. The paper provides a comprehensive analysis of changes in national legislation, institutional reforms, and the impact of digital technologies on the independence and effectiveness of the bar.
