THE FORMATION OF THE CHUST SEDENTARY AGRICULTURAL CULTURE AND THE BEGINNING OF THE OASIS SETTLEMENT SYSTEM

In the article, the author examines the general view (typology) of the monuments of the Chust settled agricultural culture, its formation on the basis of ancient local and synchronous agricultural cultures of Southern Turkmenistan and the Sarazm culture in the Zarafshan oasis. The author also draws attention to such problematic issues as the beginning of the oasis system of settlement in the Fergana Valley from the Bronze Age, the similarity of the material culture of the population of the valley during the Bronze Age with the material culture of the southern regions of Uzbekistan.
