EVOLUTION AND CONTEMPORARY DEVELOPMENT TRENDS OF UZBEKISTAN–EUROPEAN UNION COOPERATION

This article analyzes the role and significance of the European Union in the system of international relations, as well as its role in the development of cooperation with Uzbekistan. The article examines the stages of formation and development of European integration and highlights the political, economic, and institutional aspects of integration processes. Based on the scholarly views of foreign researchers, the global influence of the European Union is assessed, and the priority directions of its cooperation with Central Asian countries, particularly Uzbekistan, are analyzed. The specific features of cooperation mechanisms among member states are studied, revealing their importance for improving Uzbekistan’s international cooperation. The role of the Union in the global political and economic system is also explored, along with the current state and prospects of relations between Uzbekistan and the European Union. The article highlights contemporary trends in European integration and its development prospects, as well as assesses their impact on Uzbekistan’s foreign policy and socio-economic development. The author’s conclusions provide a scientific basis for deepening mutually beneficial cooperation between Uzbekistan and the European Union and contribute to academic research in this field.
