THE FERGHANA VALLEY DURING THE EPHTHALITES

Based on historical sources and literature, the article studies the history of the Ferghana Valley during the Ephthalites. Reflections on the stay of the Ephthalites in Ferghana, the time of the establishment of their power here, their relations with the local ruling dynasty are expounded. Also, questions of the international relations of the Ferghana state during the period of the Ephtalites were examined, opinions on the degree of subordination of the valley to the Ephtalites were analyzed.
