THE ROLE OF THE AMUDARYA FLEET IN THE ECONOMIC LIFE OF THE EMIRATE OF BUKHARA AT THE END OF THE 19TH CENTURY - THE BEGINNING OF THE 20TH CENTURY

This article deals with the history of the establishment of the Amu Darya flotilla, its economic significance in the life of the Bukhara emirate and its role in the transportation of military and commercial cargo on the banks of the Amu Darya.
In addition, the article analyzes how the flotilla becomes the main power of the Russian Empire in the country, the Russian control over the trade of Bukhara Emirate over the Amu Darya river and the faster delivery of raw materials to the emirate, along with the importation and sale of their own products.
