This article provides a comparative analysis of the historical information about the titles and positions given in the work of Mahmud Kashgari, summarizing the information given in the works of historians of that time and modern researchers. It tells the story of Mahmoud Kashgari's administration. The article also emphasizes the importance of the Karakhanid state in the history of Uzbek statehood and the fact that the state has its own government.
