The article describes the historical aspect of the Constituent Assembly, which should be convened in Russia in 1917, its preparation, methods of holding elections, the work carried out in Turkestan, including the Fergana region, the organization of elections in the region, election dates, deputies elected from the Fergana region. This aspect of the issue serves as an additional material to the works already published on the international arena.
